Since 2023, The Good Lobby has advocated for Future Generations’ interests to be taken into account in EU policymaking. To promote intergenerational justice, our initiative calls for embedding future generations’ rights into EU policymaking through a set of reforms contained in our manifesto.

With the milestone achievement of the appointment of the first-ever European Commissioner, Mr. Glenn Micallef – dedicated to “ensuring that decisions are taken with future generations in mind,” the campaign continues to push for the remaining measures to ensure a resilient and equitable Europe that respects the rights of those to come.
