As Policy Officer, Marcell analyses legislative files and aids The Good Lobby’s advisory service. He focuses on digital regulation but also has a strong interest in rule-of-law matters.

Marcell worked in public affairs consulting in Budapest and undertook a traineeship at the European Parliament prior to joining the The Good Lobby. At the Parliament, he assisted the Renew Europe group on employment dossiers.

Marcell graduated from University College London with a bachelor’s degree in History.
